Ed, Steve & Nick were awesome and friendly and also were very professional. They went above and beyond their normal work to ensure that the job was done right. Dawn & Nikki at the office were very efficient in getting the job done in time for the appliances to be delivered and the carpenters finishing with the cabinets and plumbers schedule. Would I hire them again? You bet!
I used Northern Carpet to install some sheet products on my enclosed sun porch. They took the measurements and saw the location. They recommended a product that should not be used below 50 degrees. It wrinkled like a throw rug might. They said they would do a full glue down, but couldn’t get them out. They do not stand behind their work and seem to be not knowledgeable of their products. I finally hired and paid someone else who did a full glue down.
I hired Northern Carpets to install carpet into our bedroom. They were very nice and went out of their way...in the beginning. They came to measure, and we purposely built the width of the room to 12ft...because that's how carpet comes.They brought back the carpet and it was 1 1/4 inches short..measuring 10ft 3/4in with an obvious store cut on one side. They tried to blame the factory for cutting it wrong even though it didnt need to be cut at all, than they tried saying that carpet usually comes that length, which is a lie. We than told them we didnt want them to seam it and to get us a different piece but the day the came to remeasure the installer says hes here and going it install it anyways. ?? Very unimpressed, once they had the sale nothing mattered anymore.
