Employee didnt know a whole lot about products. The one actual part we needed looked up he quickly dismissed as I dont see it. After making us wait while he took a phone call for 10 min. The lady at the other counter was getting frustrated because she told the parts person waiting in a her what type of oil she needed and he came back with the wrong stuff three times. Their employees could use some knowledge work shops on extras like gasket maker and things on the floor. And a friendlier attitude would be nice. I felt like I ruined his whole day by walking in.
